Hasratein

Hasratein by Sajal Mehr is a beautiful poetry book containing 60 Hindi compositions. The theme of these compositions vary from childhood to death, from emotional breakdown to religious and political fights—extremely opposite topics. This is a Hindi book so it was bound to hit a chord in me. (Hindi is my mother-tongue.)
