This book is a collection of 44 poems, written after the stillness of meditation. These poems were written with the aim of inviting the awareness of the egoic mind, which although perhaps uncomfortable, intends to allow for inner contemplation and to help overcome mental debris.
Know thy ego. Know Thy Self. Egolution.
Written alongside, ‘The Butterfly Awakening – The Scrapbook of My Mind’.
