The Raconteur is a collection of narrative poems which tell stories of various genre and themes. In these poems ranging from warm and inspirational to satire and thrillers, one would experience the dilemmas of life through the eyes of various characters. Readers would at times wish that the stories had a better ending or a better beginning but each poem represents life, imperfect yet meaningful. If any of these poems succeed in making the readers think and wonder, the writer has already succeeded. Because that’s all poetry exists for. Not to quench your thirst but to ignite it.
