Trance: Creation Within the Chaos | Banani Das Dhar | KharidobechBooks

There are experiences we carry long after life has moved on. A love that changes us. A goodbye that never quite feels complete. Questions that return in the quietest moments. And parts of ourselves we discover only when life no longer looks the way we imagined it would.

Trance — Creation Within the Chaos is a collection of intimate reflections on these moments—the ones that unsettle us, expose our contradictions, and leave us looking at ourselves a little differently.

Moving through love and longing, loss and desire, attachment and surrender, Banani Das Dhar explores the delicate relationship between the people we love, the identities we construct, and the selves we spend a lifetime trying to understand.

Somewhere in these reflections, the search for another person's love becomes a question of self-worth. The need for answers gives way to the courage to sit with uncertainty. Silence begins to reveal what words could not. And spirituality becomes less about finding something beyond life and more about understanding the life unfolding within us.

These are not reflections written from a place of having found every answer. They emerge from the willingness to question, to feel deeply, to look at uncomfortable truths, and to remain present even when understanding feels distant.

For perhaps the most profound encounters in life are not always with the people who enter it, but with the parts of ourselves they awaken.

Trance — Creation Within the Chaos is an invitation to enter the inner landscape of being human—to sit with its tenderness, its restlessness, its contradictions, and its capacity for change.

Because sometimes, what begins as a search for love, meaning, or another person leads us somewhere we never expected: towards a more honest relationship with ourselves.

And perhaps that is where the journey truly begins.
